Ahmed Khan Praises SRK’s ‘Chaand Taare’, a renowned director and choreographer, has received global praise for his work ethic and memorable steps. He has directed blockbuster films such as Baaghi 2 and 3, Heropanti 2, and many others. He has collaborated with many well-known stars in the Indian film industry, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Tiger Shroff, Shahid Kapoor, and others. Ahmed recounted a particularly beautiful incident from their filming days for the song Chaand Taare from the film Yes Boss.
He described how they shot the song on the streets of Bandstand, stating, “When I was shooting Chaand Tare, it was a very encouraging tune. The song meant a lot to me, Shah Rukh Khan, Jatin Lalit, and the other young people who participated in it. Javed ji penned it in the voice of a young lad who aspires to attain everything in life, yet it is Bas Itna Sa Khawab Hai. Ahmed Khan Praises SRK’s ‘Chaand Taare’. So, when I planned the song, I wanted to convey that he is a common guy on the streets of Mumbai, yet whatever he does, he thinks big.

We were shooting with kids and various cartoon characters, so the song was a double beat, and I suggested Jatin Lalit make it a single beat, which they took well.”

He went on to say, “Once we were shooting in Bandstand and we were shooting outside Mannat, but it wasn’t Mannat at the time, and I still remember I made Shah Rukh jump on a Parsi’s vehicle and something went wrong, and the guard told us to move forward, and I remember Shah Rukh telling me shot lena hain Khareed lu kya, and I told him yes, buy it, and we’ll shoot nicely here.” So it taught me that if you say something, you should give your best, and it always happens, and if you look at the song now, Mannat is still there.”
On the work front, Ahmed Khan is all set to begin the final marathon schedule of Welcome to the Jungle, which will be shot in scenic settings throughout Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The filmmaker is preparing to begin filming the movie soon.
