Ironmouse Leaves VShojo Over $500K in Unpaid Charity Funds: Goes Independent

Ironmouse Leaves VShojo Amid $500K Charity Fund Controversy

Ironmouse Leaves VShojo, Popular Vtuber Ironmouse has officially parted ways with VShojo, citing serious financial and ethical concerns. In a candid YouTube video, the beloved streamer revealed that the talent agency failed to deliver over $500,000 in charity funds raised for the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF), despite her year-long attempts to resolve the matter.

Ironmouse, who suffers from common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), has been a long-time advocate for IDF, frequently organizing subathons to raise money for the cause. She disclosed that her last major subathon, conducted through Tiltify, raised approximately $515,000 for the charity, but VShojo never forwarded the funds as required.

“Because the subathons involved my Twitch revenue, it required VShojo to make the donation on my behalf,” she explained, expressing frustration over the delay. She also noted that her lawyers advised her to limit what she could say publicly.

Emotional Pressure and Alleged Harassment

Ironmouse further claimed that VShojo attempted emotional manipulation to keep her within the company, allegedly warning her that leaving would hurt her friends and colleagues. “I was made to feel guilty about wanting to leave,” she said in her statement.

Despite the controversy, the Vtuber confirmed she will continue streaming independently and has already planned a new charity live stream for IDF “sometime this month.” She encouraged her fans to continue supporting the foundation directly.

Community Response: Massive Support from Fellow Vtubers

A Major Blow to VShojo’s Reputation
